An incredibly rare guitar, only two left hand examples were produced from the original run of the Tele Thinline, there was a Mahogany bodied version in 1969 followed by this (much more desirable) Ash version .

It is incredibly clean, the neck pocket contains a red “SPECIAL” stencil, the guitar also features in a book called “Uncommon Sound” by John Engel, a copy of the book is included with the guitar.

Note the vintage notched corner bridge, no other Tele Thinline were ever fitted with one of these (with the exception of the 1969 guitar)

A very rare find.
